Welcome to Anointed Contractors. By accessing our website, scheduling an appointment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

Anointed Contractors provides home improvement, renovation, repair, and related consulting services (“Services”). All Services are subject to availability, project approval, and a signed service agreement or estimate.

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline any project request.
   
• Modify or discontinue Services at any time, with or without notice.
   
• Withdraw from a project after it has begun if unforeseen conditions, unsafe environments, client misconduct, non-payment, or other valid concerns arise.
   

If Services are withdrawn after commencement, the client will be billed for all completed work, materials, and costs incurred up to the date of withdrawal.

2. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

• Client cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee (e.g., 25–50% of the scheduled service cost).
   
• Last-minute cancellations may result in suspension or termination of future service eligibility.
   
• Anointed Contractors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to weather, safety concerns, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule promptly. 

• A deposit may be required before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in your estimate or service contract.
   
• Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in writing.
   
• Accepted payment methods include Cash, Cash App, Pay Pal (credit card and debit cards are accepted via Cash App and Pay Pay).
   
• Late payments may incur additional fees and interest as permitted by law.
   
• All prices are subject to change without notice; however, quoted prices on signed contracts will be honored.

All estimates are based on information available at the time of quoting. Unforeseen issues (e.g., hidden damage, material price changes, or structural problems) may result in additional charges.

We strive for accuracy in all written materials, quotes, and communications. However, we are not liable for errors, omissions, or misinterpretations that occur from inaccurate information provided by the customer or from website or system errors.

While we take all reasonable precautions, Anointed Contractors is not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or injury resulting from work performed in accordance with approved plans or instructions.
   
• Delays due to weather, supplier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
   
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, including downtime or data errors.
   

Any warranties, if applicable, will be outlined in the project contract. Unless otherwise stated, all Services are provided “as is” and without implied warranties.

All text, images, designs, logos, and content on our website and materials are the property of Anointed Contractors and protected by copyright law.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials for commercial use without written permission.
   
• Modify, adapt, or republish content without proper attribution and consent.
   
• Use our name, logo, or likeness in a misleading or defamatory manner.
   

Limited use of content (e.g., sharing a post or testimonial) is permitted for non-commercial purposes with proper credit to Anointed Contractors and a link to our website.

By accessing our website or communication platforms, you agree to:
